It's 9:40 and they're made of iced tea!! Th8s happens a lot. Get more iced tea. It's hot. People want iced tea!!

The checkout was very friendly, but I was a little disappointed in the way he treated the donuts. He took the donuts with the same glove that was used to treat money and register. I think a small training in lite of everything that is going on will be helpful.

I went through the drive-through and had 2 separate orders. the 2nd order was correct. the 1st order they supposedly forgot to charge me for the 3 orders of hash browns (when 2 wake up wraps definitely don't cost $11) so they then charge me a 2nd time for the 3 orders of hash browns then still only gave me 3. and these are the people who wants $15 hr. if you can't properly even take an order correctly, then you don't even deserve the job. morons.

The food is good when they actually get my order right. I ordered a pink velvet latte today which is a signature latte so it should automatically come with whipped cream but it did not. Probably because of laziness. It took forever just for them to bring my donut to the window because one of the employees was screwing around.

Usually ok, the long line at the drive-thru moved quickly at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday. But this is supposed to be an everything bagel, toasted. It is neither. I don?t mean they picked the wrong kind of bagel, I mean where?s all the ?everything? that?s supposed to be on top??? Ironic that it?s barely warmed, since commercial toasters usually burn bagels, at least on the edges. This one must?ve gone thru lightning fast! With butter, well, barely, but all DD?s are always skimpy with the butter cream cheese.
