Contribuiți la feedbackI 'm leaving this review so the owners/manager can understand where to improve. I really try not to leave less than stellar reviews, but if I feel a business may be receptive to the feedback, I take a whack at it. I am not the hostess, I did not pay these people a penny. But I thought they should know the impression they gave by more than one person. My sister 's baby shower was here yesterday, and her friend 's bridal shower the day before. I linked up with her friend to confirm this wasn 't just an off day, but she confirmed she got the same experience the day prior. Upon pulling up, this place is extremely hard to find. Their sign hung up isn 't flat and visible, so we were left to wander in the rain and hope we were walking in the right direction. As I walked in, the space seemed nice enough. Lighting could use improvement. I 'd do some lighting of some kind in the center of the room near the shelf and floral fridge. I had to use the restroom as I 'd just made a 4 hour drive to come to this 2 hour event. I get into the restroom and take care of my business. I wash my hand to find there 's no paper towels. No big deal. I go outside to address this matter with the much less than enthusiastic girl working . She 'd been on a tablet/phone the entire time. Didn 't even bother looking up at us a single time as everyone arrived. I notify her the paper towels are empty, and she rolled her eyes and said 'okay ' in an extremely irritated tone. I didn 't tell her to replace them or boss her around or anything. I simply said, just wanted to let you know the paper towels are out in the restroom. Nothing that warranted such a rude response. So I proceed to lay my things on the bar top overlooking the courtyard. The chairs are in complete disarray (not by my party 's doing). I look around and the literal bare minimum has been done to make this place presentable to come and put our final touches on for the event. It looked like maybe the tables had been wiped down, but that was it. For my photos (I was photographing), I had to go around and push in all the chairs and make them look even remotely presentable, especially with the poor lighting. When the others begin to show up and I 've finished my pictures of the venue, I stand by the door to greet our guests. While I 'm standing there chatting, something on the wall beeps. The girl who hasn 't broken eye contact with her electronic devices the entire time shoots up to tend to whatever is beeping. She pushes past me without a word, fixes the beeping, and then does so again, no excuse me, nothing. It 's not hard to be kind and polite. A simple, I would love to fix this beeping for yall, would have sufficed. As the others begin to sit down, no one fits. There were a few other large friends and family that came, and they spun the chairs around to sit in the aisle, but they were doing just that sitting in the aisle. Problematic. These tables are crammed in in a very untactful way. There 's plenty of ways to mitigate this issue. For a spot that even offers hosting special events, the staff present should really be a bit more present and a lot more kind. This girl was cold, withdrawn, and irritated to be there. Don 't take these contracts if you 're not wanting to actually do them. It 's that simple. These are once in a lifetime events these girls had, and they both left feeling less than stoked on the venue overall. They chose your company out of the crowd, and this is how they 're treated? Not something I 'd be proud of. Do with this information what you will. The hostess and I are not close. Couldn 't know whether or not the price point is worth it. But a handful of people your business serviced this weekend are less than satisfied.
Unfortunately my second visit since I moved here was horrible customer service, I was told a lie that they well open the gelato side later on that day. So when I went back an other employee told me in-front of all the employees there (especially that one employee who lied earlier) that they well be closed due to an event. I just said wow really, I wish I was told that earlier so I wounded have wasted my time. No one apologized/ or acknowledge for the mis info. Nor ever tried to make it right at that moment. There’s better places here, which have better customer service.
Come here and fall in love with the decor and atmosphere! The Gelato is a plus!

Very nice hang out spot and environment. Judging the ambience and customer service alone would be 5 stars but the gelato is average and nothing special. Affogato is not too impressive either as it's just a scoop of Icecream with a bland tasting coffee. I still have high hopes for this place, hope they expand and improve quality
