Jt Oishi Café - Dumas

I absolutely adore this hidden gem! The food is outstanding, and I always enjoy my meals here. The summer rolls make for a delightful light appetizer. Today, I chose to have fried vegetables and sticky rice as my sides, and they were just right for lunch. I've dined here frequently and plan to keep coming back!

The menu is all over the place, but the restaurant is serving and representing a number of regional cuisines. These types of places make me wonder what authentic cuisine actually is- every restaurant like this is both shaping and being shaped by the community it is located in.

This is the best Asian cuisine I've ever tasted! I wouldn't have expected such clean and delicious food in Dumas. I highly recommend it to both locals and anyone passing through.
