The Cafe - Dudley

We stopped on our way to Merry Hill and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly owners and diverse menu at this restaurant. We decided to try the full English breakfast, which was served in a convenient take-away box complete with knife and fork. It was a great meal and a nice change from the usual McDonald's breakfast.

The food arrived quickly and was hot and accurate. The restaurant is facing challenges due to the pandemic, but they may need to update their online listings as Uber Eats and Just Eat accepted orders even though the restaurant was said to be closed. Additionally, they should review their menu as I ordered the vegetarian option assuming it included one egg and one hash brown, but it actually came with 3 eggs and 4 hash browns. Overall, the meals were great. My husband enjoyed the Mega Breakfast, as adding extras to the smaller breakfast options would have cost more. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. I tried the bacon and sausage sandwich for £2.40, but I thought paying £1.00 for a cup of tea at a transport cafe was a bit pricey. I believe charging 60p to 80p for a cup of tea would be more reasonable.
