Avoid this place. Absolutely vile. The filth is beyond a joke for a place that serves food. The food is DISGUSTING. We don't dine in McDonald's often but we were in Dublin passing this place today and decided to treat the kids. It's the first time I've ever had to physically spit the food out into a napkin. For etiquette I would have just swallowed as noone wants to look at that. But the food was so burnt I had no choice. The kids didn't eat what we got for them (don't blame them) so we had no choice but to spend more on icecream so they would be ok until we got home. Never again! I not only recommend people avoid this dump but I'd be highly recommending the department of food health and safety to conduct an audit. It's impossible this place doesn't have mice or at the very least a bug infestation of sorts Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was up getting a drive thru this was at around 8:30 when I ordering the girl was so rude taking the order she kept saying yeah what else but was cutting me off while ordering asking is that it no manners at all when I completed my order she just said €30 not even is that everything just €30 I said thanks and no reply. I also forgot to order ice creams as she was rushing me to order. Go to pay the guy was lovely he took my order for the ice creams. Went to collect the order and it was the same girl that took my order no smile not even a word from her she just hands me the drinks and I knew straight away I was missing a Diet Coke and a water she handed me the bag of food I asked is that everything she didn’t respond just looked at me I asked her again she then rudely says what I said again is that it all she said yeah I said I’m missing a Diet Coke and a water she said I’ll get them now. Still rude no matters at all no customer service skills at all it was clear she didn’t wanna be there she had brown hair chewing gum. I then being so hungry left and got home no halloumi Fries in the bag which I paid for no straws or salt wasn’t even offered any. I was only annoyed af myself for not double checking. I worked in your McDonald’s for 2 years even in the drive thru and I get it but I never treated customers badly or let them know if I was having a bad day Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Double Cheeseburger and Fries

Check your order before you leave, 4 happy meals with chicken nuggets asked for sweet curry dip for all 4, didn't get them, got 3 20 nuggets shareboxs with sweet curry sauce again no sauce. Ordered a burger no burger And no straws for 5 drinks And they don't answer the phone Ridiculous carry on Service: Take out Price per person: €50–60 Service: 1
