The service and food were at or above DQ standards but the bathrooms were a terrible mess

It's what you expect from DQ. Service was slow but they were busy at the time we went.

While I live DQ overall, I was appalled that there were signs on the washroom to advise if it feels stuck; just push harder on the door. As someone with limited mobility, or took me some time to go and enter. Once I did finally get in, there was one light above the mirror that effectively made the washroom dark and unsafe. Hoping for the best, I redeemed my free cone for ice cream day. I had to wait almost 5 minutes for the item to be processed and then get the cone. I was the only customer.The cone was very crystallized. If I had paid for this cone at 3.29 plus tax, I would have been exceptionally upset.Over the years, I have been to many DQs; this is the first time I have been so disappointed at service, accessibility, cleanliness, and food quality. I have come to expect better service from the franchise. Please....do better.
