Subwayrestaurants - Dongola

Absolute worst my family has ever been treated. My little boy wanted cookies so I asked the kid working there if he had anymore cookies, telling him if he didn't it was fine and that we didn't really have to have them. The kid tells me no and that he is closing in 50 minutes and won't make anymore. I told him I wouldn't have asked him to make anymore and then asked him if he said he's closing in 15 or 50 minutes and he confirmed he said 50. I let it go and continued on with our order. I told him I wanted a footling pizza sub and he interrupted before I was done by saying he already put away the marinara sauce away so I couldn't have a pizza sub or a meatball sub. All this time the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. He was a complete jerk...and for no reason. I would never have asked him to make the cookies or grab the sauce and still he made it very well known he wasn't going to anyway. He had all the chairs put up and it was obvious he had pretty well closed the place down. I mean there was almost an hour before close and here we are the only customers in the building! I can understand if we came in 10-15 minutes before close but my lord! Never in a million years will I return and the same can be said for my family. I'm still just in awe... how in the world could customer service get this terrible? The answer it is can't.
