Hier ist der italienische Genuss förmlich spürbar. Geht es darum einen neuen Wein Olivenöl o.ä. Italienisches Genussmittel zu erstehen sind wir gern dort, da die Beratung und Auswahl echt klasse ist. Erwähnenswert ist zudem das tolle Samstags Mittagsmenü auch in Sachen Preis Leistung. Here you can literally feel the Italian pleasure. If it's about buying a new wine, olive oil or similar Italian luxury food, we're happy to go there because the advice and selection is really great. The great Saturday lunch menu is also worth mentioning in terms of price performance.

Shopping with all senses! Italian gourmets, sausage, cheese, wine and coffee in a relaxed atmosphere... it's time. In between drink an excellent espresso and a sip of wine that is offered as a sample ... friendly staff and a good price-performance ratio complete the whole. We're coming back, that's safe!

Review is based on facts. Unshamed and happy customer service I've ever had to do with! Five articles were requested with the request for information on producers and ingredients. Three Via Del Gusto branches were registered, including the branch operated by Mr. Bongartz. None of the branches contacted has accepted the matter. In 2023 and an economic situation that is anything but rusty, especially as regards food, three contacted branches did not consider it necessary to accept my request and only FÜNF sausages to pass through the entire ingredients and ingredients, or to send short photos of the label/package (if it does so much work) and to inform those who are manufacturers and or producers. No, I was then told what producers and manufacturers are playing for a role and that this is completely unimportant and irrelevant!? In today's time? Really? Transparency vis-à-vis the customer (even if this one, like me, creates additional work and appears annoying) as well as customer-oriented work look different. This is a farce and in laziness not to overdo!!! After a complaint I was assured you would take care of it and send the product passports, but nothing happened even after two memories. To this day I wonder what to hide here. A reason to think where the goods come from, what is included? I think so. All in all, this does not testify to quality or seriousness.
