I've been for a quick dinner, I ordered the Papaya salad, which in Thailand they serve with unripe and crunchy papaya, a fresh and very spicy salad. I was wrong not to send it back, it looked like a fruit salad with ripe papaya and without the slightest spicy note. As for the Pad Thai, sufficient, a little too dry, I absolutely didn't understand why serve it with a garnish of crunchy onions similar to those that everyone will have bought at ikea at least once. Serve it with garnish of bean sprouts, spring onion etc etc Having visited Thailand time and time again, I think there is work to be done, at least on these two dishes.
