Contribuiți la feedbackThe worst location in the area! This was my first time here and never again! I did a mobile order, the wait was long. I couldn’t scan at the machine.. I’ve stayed away from this location because I had a feeling customer service would be nonexistent.I got to the window, she didn’t greet me. I said “good morning, how are you?” IGNORED ME. I said, are you ok this morning? IGNORED ME. Then with an attitude she says “you didn’t scan?!“ and said something about the count.So she had me pull out of the line and wait. All I got was an egg and cheese biscuit!! Whyyyy was I waiting so long for that???! The order never came, i went inside (that employee was nice) and asked for food. The nice girl goes to find out here comes mean girl saying the food just came up. HOW?! I placed my order at 7:42a, you made me leave the line and wait for ONE biscuit. She wanted to be mean!I. Do. Not. Play. About Customer Service!!! If you’re having a bad day, take a mental health day!! Cause why are you so evil before 8am?!Corporate needs to come into this location and train some people! I will be contacting corporate!
Never had been thru a Chic Fil A barcode scan line. Placed order for no pickle and it had pickles:
I eat at Chick fila all the time. This location is terrible. Never enough cashiers, food always below par compared to other Chick-fil-A's I frequent.
Always mess up my order and have an attitude when I show them Im missing items from my meals!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 30 Minutes for a. Online order that's suppose to be most convenient. Employees playing on the clock go thru Mobile line they ignore you
