Subway - District de Hull

The French lady that was working at subway on April 11th was very rude and kept making faces because she couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me. She was very rude to the point that my boyfriend and I had to walk away. I work in customer service and could never imagine a worker treating clients this way. I Will never go to this subway ever again just because of this girl. Service: 1

My fiance went to try and grab a sandwich at the Subway (he is not Canadian, and does not speak French). The woman working there completely refused him service because he could not speak French, and was really quite nasty about it. The issue was not that she couldn't speak English. I understand this is in Quebec, but he has never had any issues elsewhere in Gatineau, and was really quite shaken up by the experience. Service: 1
