Bad service the manager is really disrespectful he doesn't know how to welcome customers

5 star club sandwiches, good pies Poutine is OK, the gravy is very good fries usually crisp, only flaw is i think they use pizza mozzarella, but they don't skimp on the cheese and it tastes great

I've been ordering the poutine with hot dog consistently for a while now and it's never disappointed me. The gravy is hot, hotdogs are hard to mess up and the french fries are always well cooked and nice and crispy. It's unfortunate to see bad reviews mentioning single incidents... just let the restaurant know. Things happen, kitchens get hectic. Don't review the issue, review the resolution. Especially when your review states that you've been going for a while and only had a one-off issue. To the reviewer who mentioned language... who cares?
