The crazy old lady yelled at me because her cashier made a mistake! I order a trio number 2 and 5, I pay for it, I leave a $4.25 tip on a $26 order. I arrive at my workplace not too far away I see that 2 hot dogs are missing, I go back to get them she wants me to charge... because the bag is skewered and it's the cashier who tells me trio 2 and 5 to me ask what liquor I want?! The old lady starts shouting well you left with the wrong order if you want to pay!, the order that I left with is cheaper than the one I ordered in addition. Food is good and the older woman who served me is very nice

This place has changed owners SO many times, and with each new owner the quality of the food and decor declines!!!! (I should have trusted my gut when I first walked in but didn't want to be that person who judges a book by its cover.... Boy did I learn the hard way to trust your gut!!!! Or you gut will kick back! Sigh!!!! I ordered a poutine and the gravy was like wallpaper paste: Inedible! Then I spent the day and evening in the washroom.

I 've tried most places that serve poulet frit maniac around gatineau and this place is the BEST one. This place is the only one Ive tried with actual brown gravy and bbq sauce that are TASTY and pair nicely with the food. They also cook fries and chicken for each order and as such its always fresh, hot, tasty and served with a smile. TLDR: would drive 30min to come eat here rather than any other poulet frit maniac in town. By FAR the BEST. Service: Take out
