So if they decide to take this trip ask when they buy their ticket, which facilities are available and take them some food and water as if it is very hot, there is no shadow! beach is worth a visit!
Not much to say about it. very overpriced beer in plastic cups and a friendly owner personal. may not recommend.

We took a public ferry out to Ile de Cezembre and as there is only one ferry a day we were there for 6 hours. There is a lovely beach but you cannot get onto the rest of the island as there are still mines from the war which we knew. We took a picnic and a small bottle of water and good job we did as when we arrived on the pier there was a notice to say the restaurant was closed for a private party so no food water shade or public loos available!! Even when the private party left 3 hours before our boat picked us up the facilities remained shut and the staff sunbathed! So if you decide to take this trip ask when you buy your ticket what facilities are available and take some food and water as when it is very hot there is no shade ! The beach is worth a visit!
