Okay so I placed an order a few days back and there was an item missing, simple item chips and queso I called back spoke to someone that said next time i come in my item would be replaced so today I called and I spoke to a manager about that missing item and I also placed another large order the person I spoke to was a male with an accent I asked for his name he said he did not have to give it to me then he started yelling at me on the phone and said he would not replace the chips and salsa, i even tried to get him to calm down but he continued yelling at me. Honestly I don't care about that chips and salsa I spent over $60 on my order and a little respect would be nice especially if you're giving them your hard earned cash! I felt Completely disrespected the manager should be ashamed of himself!

I got the queso with no meat and it was literally soup. They don’t strain the beans or salsas so all of that extra liquid turns the queso into this gross liquidy soup. It also made me sick and I spent the night throwing up. The service has been increasingly getting worse the past few months. They also stopped giving you enough chips for an entree of queso. It would be fine for a side or a kids meal but I’ve been having to buy a bag of chips on my way home. Vegetarian options: The veggies are gross and they got rid of the impossible meat
