H'cue Texas Bbq - Derby

Eating was top-notch! Best BBQ in the valley. Amber is the best waitress: best quality for really cheap price. Two floors. Upstairs is dining room and basement is bar with seating and a pool table. Large car park, outdoor terrace.

We ate here last week and enjoyed everything we tried. Meat and sides were all very good. The Brussels sprout salad was delicious and loved the ribs. This will be the place to go in Derby in summer for BBQ!

Great food and great atmosphere for a reasonable price. Sampler of brisket, sausage, pulled pork and the most humid smoked turkey I've ever tasted (plus a choice from each 2 of their delicious sides) for $16. Your Jalapeno Cornbread is the best by far! I would give more stars if I could!!

I like this place very much! Start with the fried brussel sprouts salad and get the trip tip. I also had the pork ribs. Food is great and it tastes like barbeque. I lived in Dallas for a while, and that's the next thing I had in CT. You know the meat is good if you don't need the sauce. Even if you want a lunch, you get the pulled pork sandwich with Coleslaw and really good riders.

Drove past H'Cue and was immediately intrigued by the letters BBQ! Ate here on a Tuesday evening and we had a very attentive server. Food was great, very smoky and full of flavorful. My favorite part was the pit beans but honestly everything we had was wonderful. Will definitely be returning to try the other items.
