Fine Wine Good Spirits - Denver

Since the wine store in Ephrata is closed for renovation, my father traveled to Denver to get wine for him and my mother. He has severe health issues with his breathing. As he 's waiting in line he 's breathing heavily and the woman at the counter starts yelling at him and eventually kicks him out of the store. He tried calling to speak to the manager, but she answered and said she was the manager. My dad who is in his 60s in his poor health, was treated cruel and unfair. Even the people waiting in line were upset with the way she treated him. On my father 's way home he started having bad anxiety from how he was mistreated and he 's breathing worsened. He couldn 't help how he was breathing since he was injured in a work related incident. Shame on the manager .

Extremely rude staff. Was a first time customer, will not be returning. I understand your policies, but they could have been explained without absolute rage and disgust towards me as a customer.

Had the Japanese whiskey i was looking for. Would go back again.

I had a great experience with a bottle of Admiral Nelson's Spiced Cherry Rum. The service was exceptional!

This is a lovely wine and spirits shop located in a beautiful neighborhood. I’ve only had one negative experience, which involved an older male cashier. Unfortunately, he was quite impatient and rude to several customers in line. Perhaps he was having a rough day, but it’s important for him to be more courteous when interacting with the public.
