Mazatlan - Denton

We ordered the carne asada and an enchilada and the food was fabulous and so was our service from our waiter. He laughed with us and made us feel right at home. I will continue to support this family business. You should definitely come check it out. I think it is a hidden gem in Denton.

Mazarlan has been here for decades and while the entrees were quite good, the queso (with chips) is bland. It tastes like creamy unsalted butter almost; just no flavor at all. Interior is clean, service was good, and the enchiladas and the carne asada were great.

This little Mexican food restaurant is wonderful. If you haven't been you must try it. Everything on the menu is delicious. The chimichanga with the cheese sauce is so tasty and delicious. Visit and you will be happy you did.

I could eat here at least once a week for the rest of my life lol. This is my favorite spot for a stress free lunch with friends. We always know the food is going to be good, the portions generous, and the service friendly.
