Just picked up food. When we got home, the rice turned out to be anything but cooked. I called the store to report it so that they could do something about it and no more customers would be confronted with poorly prepared rice. China Dragon 's reaction was quite special. Tip for Golden Dragon: it might be an idea to take a complaint seriously. A customer doesn 't complain for nothing. This allows you to intervene in a timely manner if something is wrong, so that the damage to your company 's image is limited.
