Burger King - DeLand

I just left this location and I have to leave a review. When i go to other locations i never get all of my food and the service is rude. I went tonight and the girl at the speaker/window was so sweet and everything was hot and there. Thank you for the dinner :

What is up with this location.. now every time I come here to get food they never hand it to you through the window and make you pull to the side or round to the door and half the time they forget you're even there and never bring your food out. Also the order is always wrong.. paid for cheese.. but no cheese. How hard is it folks to get it right?

This Burger King restaurant does not even deserve one star! It has been filthy, and the employees do nothing to help! I watched while they made my burger-less cheeseburgers, 4 out of 22 were empty, and the girl who was making them at the time, had shoulder length dreadlocks, and her dreadlocks were going into the food whenever she leaned over! They dropped the french fry cups on the floor, and picked them up piece by piece, and put them back in the dispenser, but my sone had enough, he told the young lady, that he used to work in fast food, and they would throw those away, so she did, or didn't! The floors are all greasy, doors were broken, no signs, cigarette butts all over the outdoor eating area! This owner needs to fix this, the manager gets no respect, they are destroying the Burger King name! It is always empty now! Thanks for reading!

It requires a major effort to mess up a franchise that tells you exactly how to do everything. Drive through, no other customers in line, waited 10 full minutes to order, paid, then waited a full 25 minutes to get food. I would have driven off if I had not already paid. Exactly 2 employees inside, no manager. One poor guy at the counter is taking orders, filling orders, cleaning tables, etc. One lazy looking girl is not in any hurry to cook burgers. The guy does not seem trained, seems to be trying to figure out what to do. He should not have taken my money until food was ready. Burger and fries were both cold. Will never go back. Burger King needs to yank back the franchise license. The owner is clearly violating the franchise agreement.

So far we’ve ordered here about a dozen times and not one order has been correct. Uncaring and careless staff.
