That's the best pasta I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich and creamy, without being hard. Hand made pasta, from scratch. Sauces and sausage, from scratch. For dessert, the mattoncino dolce is a mascarpone nutella heavenly sweet. Chef Jerusa is a phenomenal, talented cook. My ITALIAN MOTHER-IN-LAW loved her pasta — it is the real thing. Eat what she recommends – you will not be disappointed, but absolutely enthusiastic. Fork Italia is a small family restaurant, so welcoming and warm. I live an hour away, but I will make time to visit my family again Chef Jerusa, and eat their wonderful food and enjoy their wonderful society.

If you like Italian food, this restaurant is a MUST GO!! Everything is made of scratches, delicious! It is a small place, not chic, but the food is much better than many chic restaurants here. The price is fair.
