Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant floor is sticky and disgusting. It was sticky from the entrance, all the way to where they sat me. We ordered spring rolls. They arrived with the inside batter still raw and chewy. The texture was like raw dough. It was really not edible. I told our waitress that it wasn't good, and the inside was still raw. Our waitress was very kind and gracefully took the plate away. Then another waitress, by the name of Aya, came marching towards our table holding the plate of spring rolls. She proceeded to YELL at us in a very condescending way. Asking us, have you ever had these before? Like yes honey, I've had spring rolls before ? she continued to say, the ingredients in these are the same as listed on the menu. I tried to explain that the ingredients weren't the problem, that the springrolls weren't cooked! And they were chewy and not crunchy! But she wouldn't let us explain. She kept cutting us off and saying, there is nothing she can do and that we still have to pay for the food. So we ended up having to pay for food we didn't eat!!! That's plain thievery to me! I will never recommend this place.
Ordered takeout and was given the wrong 3 rolls. Called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager, named Eddie, he wanted me to send him a picture for credit it’s not about the money it was the way he was responding back with disrespect because they were closedFood: 1/5

Overall, nice restaurant inside but the food was not. Xushi Ko is located in a small strip center right next to Best Buy in Dearborn. Plenty of parking, nice staff, but the food was terrible. I called ahead to ensure they could accommodate Gluten Free diet and they said yes. I originally ordered a California Roll along with the Chicken and Shrimp hibachi (Gluten Free). The waiter came back to the table a few minutes later and notified me that the California Roll was NOT Gluten Friendly because they add soy sauce to the Lobster so, I cancelled the roll. By the time my dinner arrived I asked for Yum Yum Sauce (the standard sauce that comes with EVERY hibachi meal I've ever eaten) to my surprise, they did not carry it. I asked if there were any other sauces I could choose from and he waiter said the rest all have Gluten in them. I tried the hibachi and unfortunately, it had too much pepper in it and because there was no Yum Yum Sauce, the food was dry. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my meal and would not recommend to anyone who is Gluten intolerant. 2 Stars because food was dry, peppery, and not good they did not carry Gluten Friendly options. The aesthetic inside was pretty clean but no hibachi grills to cook on, everything is made in the back. Sadly, I will not be coming back.
I am literally sitting in your restaurant as I type this message. I’m watching people who came in 10 to 15 minutes after me enjoying their lunch but mine has yet to arrive. I don’t think this is right and you all need to correct the way you provide service to customers. If you know that you have a meal that’s going to take extra longer than normal that you should advise customers especially during lunch hours. Fix your communication issues between your staff and your customers and you will receive better reviews in the future.
