The ambiance of this restaurant was terrible. The cashier, Mona A., had a major attitude problem that needs to be addressed. She was unfriendly and impolite. I will never return to this establishment. The customer service was very poor.

I brought my daughter to this restaurant to claim a free item advertised on their website, but unfortunately, they did not honor the deal and claimed not to participate. As a result, my daughter did not receive anything, and I ended up just getting some water.

Today, I visited this restaurant for a pretzel and was disappointed to find that it was badly burnt on the bottom. When I asked for a replacement, I was informed that they would have to make me a fresh one and that they all come out like that. This lack of attention to detail in quality control makes the food unappetizing. This location needs to closely inspect their standards to ensure better consistency.

Utilized for catering snacks for a work event. Mona and her team took amazing care of us and our event attendees loved having hot soft pretzels as an outdoor party snack.

The staff is very friendly, and the sweet treats are delicious .
