However, you have an extreme problem what you order. This is the fifth and last time I didn't get what I ordered. Usually I keep on my way home from work between 9:40 to 10:30. Tonight I came at 10:50. I placed the first part of the order without an incident. I just ordered a bacon double cheeseburger sandwich, all the way. The answer I received was that you want a double or a single? I said twice. I was asked if I wanted a basket. I just said sandwich. I understand that they follow the company script, but listening is paramount here. If they want to cheer me up, that's okay if they can hear what I say. I'll explain what I want it to be nice when they listened. I went into the window and paid and got the drink. I got my job and went home. When I came home, I opened the bag and found the first half of the order was right. I opened the Speck double cheeseburger all the way and found it was a single burger. I knew something came up when the burger was in a wax sluice instead of a box. I checked the reception and I was reliant on a double. From all nights I was quite hungry and I didn't get what ordered. This is extremely frustrating at the prices that invite restaurants in these days. One night I came home to find out that my burger had no top halls! I was amazed and I don't understand how it happened. Three more times when I checked my order, I received a single instead of a double. I called for a night and asked to speak to the person responsible for the shift. The person answered and said a moment and put me under control. After 10 minutes, I hung the phone when someone never picked up. The food is great, but that's the fifth time I didn't receive what I paid and or parts of my order were missing. As a consumer, we only say where we choose to spend our money. I don't choose to spend my money at Culver. If I boycott a business, it's not just the store. will never walk in a Culver's, anywhere. One thing I'm not going to miss is to do with the young lady who is very often sitting outside to take orders. She has too much haste and has a spunky attitude like a law enforcement officer. Let's just say she doesn't have the personality to deal with the public. Maybe she should be in back-cooking where she doesn't have to interact with customers.
Again, Culvers doesn't disappoint. Totally delicious. One of the few places that North Atlantic Cod serves in their Fish Chips. better taste and texture serve as many 5 star restos. You have to find the place. And if fish isn't your pleasure. You also have To-Die-For Butter Burgers. Okay, so we love eating. LOL
A good stop for a delicious butter burger and fries, on my visit I had the Culvers deluxe butterburger and crinkle fries with a sweet tea, it was delicious and was made to order pretty fast, the dine in experience was great as well and the dinning room was clean and all condiments, utensils, napkins and soda choices were stocked.
I have been seeing the Culver’s commercials on tv since December and thought I would give it a try. I went through the drive through at 12:30. They had two cashier sitting under a tent by the menu board to take orders. Since they did not get up or address me I did not know they were the order takers. I order two of the spicy chicken sandwich combos with sweet tea. The cashier took my order and my debit card payments. A sign was on the drive through window saying, pull forward. Two cars were parked at the end. The order came out within several minutes. The women delivering the order was red in the face and sweaty. I do no remember if she spoke to me or thanked me. The sweet tea was good but the cup was full of ice and the straw did not want to push through the ice to the bottom of the cup. I grabbed a few fries from the bag, they were crinkle cut and hot. They were not salted or very lightly salted. I looked in the bag for some salt, no salt. There was ketchup, but I do not usually use ketchup. I finished the fries and open the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was thin and dry. The bun was nice but was crumbling, thank goodness for the bag inside the box. The sandwich had shredded lettuce and tomatoes but no mayonnaise. The sandwich and the chicken were dry and no mayonnaise was in the bag, neither the order taker or the delivery person mentioned the sandwich was dry and did not come with condiments. Before I finished the dry sandwich my tea was finished. I still had half a cup of ice but no tea. I will probably try them again but may dine in so I can actually see the menu and ask questions. My first experience was not that great and when talking to the cashier at 7-11 she said she had a similar experience.
We stop at this Culver’s often on our way down to Orlando. Like all Culver’s locations, service is friendly and the food is good.
