Sassy Bowls - Dayton

We ordered this on door dash! The smoothies were fresh and delicious. Parfait's were big and the sandwiches were worth the price! Very good!

It is 2pm on a Saturday (3/5/22). I have never been disappointed by the food here or the service. But today is a different story. I wasn't greeted as I came through the door. When it was my turn to step up to the register I got no greeting. She just stood there and stared at me. I don't know if she's ready to take my order or not.Absolutely no communication other than typing in my order in to the register. Nothing. As I'm waiting for my order she spends more time looking out the window in front of her rather than interacting with the customers that came in after me. The girl that made my order was very pleasant. She needs to teach the other one have a smile and talk to people. The food was great but I won't come back if I see that cashier there.

To say that this was yet another disappointing food experience is an understatement. They were out of crepes and then replaced them with a sandwich that looked like it had come from my fridge. Then some scattered lays potato chips. $32 for 2 ?sandwiches? and 2 very watery smoothies. We WILL NEVER be back again!

Need to get their business together.. this is ridiculous. Regularly claim to be open but aren?t. Tried to doordash this time and now I?ll have to wait 3 days to get my money back because they weren?t there. Won?t ever get to rate the quality of the food because you can?t get a solid answer on their hours. That or employee?s just aren?t showing up? Given I?m not the first to have the issue you?d think management would have provided some kind of explanation by now.. annoying.

I really like their smoothies! Delicious! The only thing I wish they had was calorie information for their food and drinks.
