Little Caesars Pizza - Davie

My seniorenvater picked up a pizza. expected it to be hot. when he got the pizza and it looked like it wasn't hot and fresh, he just asked for another and the man said, "You can take it or leave it." isn't that? she should be ashamed to be manager, not a customer service at all!

When to get some brownies….Trash! Employees are rude and unprofessional. The one chick at the window is an obvious racist. ? I just laughed and kept it rolling. The one black dude had an attitude like a chic. Like I killed his car or something. This store is just sad.

I went in there on Sunday afternoon and I put $7 on the counter to pay for a $5.95 order…I purposely left the extra dollar there just to see if the employee (young female with a burka over her head) would be honest and return it and SHE KEPT IT! I immediately called her out and she immediately got defensive and said “it was 6! It was 6!”…in a guilty tone. Test failed. I told her to please recount it because I know for fact that I gave $7…and she couldn’t even understand me because of an apparent language barrier. Eventually I said “Whatever forget it, it’s just a dollar”, and walked out. As I’m walking out she rudely exclaims “oh my god…with a very audible sigh.Like the other comments are saying, this place needs a massive staffing overhaul.

Absolute horrible service. I called and waited 12 minutes. No answer. I actually drove there while on hold and waited another 2 minutes before anyone came out. They said “it’s only 2 people here working” yet the lobby was EMPTY and no one by the phone. If I owned this store I’d fire everyone and hire new people.

The wait is crazy EVEN when you order online. I waited almost a hour for my order and no employees were present for over 20mins to inform you about what's going on, or to check your order status. The service sucks!
