Hukad Sa Golden Cowrie - Davao

My favorite Filipino dish has been Bicol Express, and they do it good here, but the Sisig was even better. Reasonable prices too!

Extremely slow service. Our rice arrived later than the courses so our food got quite cold. Have to ask a couple of times to get our rice. My mother who ordered calamansi juice wasn't told that there is none left so she waited for about 20 mins until she went to the service crew herself to check whether they had gotten her order. Food was average except for the ginataang nangka which was nicely done.

We were asked to move to another table because the staff said it was already reserved. We were asked politely though but i just don't understand why we have to move when there is this exact the same table beside us. Also, there is no signage that says it was reserved

The food is delicious, and the restaurant is clean. Although it is somewhat pricey, it is definitely worth dining here.

The food and service here are excellent. The menu is conveniently displayed outside, and the staff is friendly. They also offer reservations if the restaurant is full. I highly recommend trying their crispy pata—it's absolutely delicious!
