The place and ambiance are really beautiful, but there is a designated smoking area which could be problematic for non-smokers. The staff is friendly and fast, however, we ordered a latte and profiterole which came with a frozen filling - definitely not worth ordering. Why take orders if the desserts are frozen? The prices are high for what you get. The tea costs 12 TL per glass. Overall, despite the beautiful location, the regular customers of the cafe can be quite bothersome.

The service was very poor, customers weren't valued, and there were very few options on the menu. Every time we tried to order something, we were told that it wasn't available.

We stopped by this place over the weekend for coffee and ordered cheesecake and tiramisu with our coffee. The tiramisu that was served to us was icy and the cream had not thawed, while the cheesecake seemed to have been exposed to high heat to melt the ice and was piping hot. The lemon sauce was strange. I can understand if we had made a difficult request, but the prices on the menu show 40TL per slice of cake, yet they asked for 55TL per slice at the cashier, claiming that the prices on the menu were old. Please update the menu at least. This is not a place worth visiting.
