Mcdonald's - Dardanelle

Ordered using my mobile app and code and order took 30 minutes to come out a coworker asked me to pick something up for them paid without the app and it was out in 5 minutes and still had to wait 25 minutes for my order please do not come here and waste time idk what’s going on with them accepting promotions but they refuse to push those orders through.

Night people suck expect this one girl but they all kept saying oh it’s only cash when I come thru with a mobile order saying there stuff is down I had this girl turn on her stuff for me more night so now I lost money an I’m upset an will never go to that one again. They don’t care about you an who has cash on them anymore. Crazy sad how lazyyy they are they can’t even turn on there stuff like the other girl did for me.

If you cant do certain items (specifically those promo during certain times), take your damn signs down saying you can. Multiple times have gone for certain items, they got signs up for those items. But nope cant make em. Smh. Do better, just dont promote it if you cant make it. Easy.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich, food was hot and fast.

Have come twice in the past week. Workers were very unenthusiastic. Took 30 minutes to get my food and the lady claimed to accidently swipe my order away.
