Victoria L'originale - Dania Beach

The coffee is sooooo good nice and creamy. Very smooth! I love it!

My DeLonghi espresso machine start leaking water and I took it to Victoria L'Originale to get a diagnostic and I was asked to pay $125 as a deposit. After 2 weeks the technician told me that he had to replace a gasket and the machine is working and ready to be picked up just to realize that the machine was still leaking water just like before. I refused to take it back as I was not satisfied with the service, communication and lack of willingness to look deeper into the problem so I searched online for ways to troubleshoot it and found out that was not the gasket but the brewing gasket support witch I ordered myself and replaced it with the help of Youtube videos. I asked for a refund but they refused. Waste of time and money!

Besides the showroom being a Candyland for espresso machine lovers, this place has it all. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable people and tremendous customer service.
