The Habit Burger Grill - Daly City

On a positive note, the staff is friendly and efficient, managing to keep up with the hustle of each order, especially during busy times like Doordash deliveries. I recall a visit where they completely messed up our order; although the person at the register wasn’t the manager, they went above and beyond to assemble our meal and prepare a new order for us. The employees are attentive and make sure to pack extra sauces and utensils, double-checking that everything you ordered is included. They offer additional toppings, but I personally don't use them as they're outside and I'm not sure how often they are replenished throughout the day. The beverage area has plenty of space, though the place is always bustling with diners. Overall, my food is consistently delicious, and I've had no complaints. Everyone is welcome here! As for the portion sizes, they tend to be more generous than expected, but it usually feels just right. Regarding a specific incident, I ordered two Santa Barbara Burgers without mayo due to my wife’s allergy, along with chicken sandwiches for the kids. Unfortunately, when we were on the road, my wife opened her burger to find mayonnaise! We had to turn around, and while they made a new one without mayo, we ended up with our other burgers, fries, and sandwiches being ice cold by the time we got back on the road. The manager wasn’t very helpful in resolving the situation. We had to wait until we got home to heat everything up, which turned into a chaotic mess in the microwave. By the time we could eat, our meals were soggy and had to be separated to make them edible—who enjoys hot tomatoes and pickles? After a delay of about an hour, we ended up throwing out most of the food. I attempted to explain the situation to my credit card company afterward. Overall, Fresh Burger usually meets our expectations, but this experience was frustrating.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant unless you're prepared to check your pickup order multiple times. I've had three separate instances where they forgot items—either the green beans, the fries, or the onion rings. It seems they really can't get it right!

We? The food is very high quality very fresh delicious!!! Also the Habit family are super great people who are also good people. They take care of their family. The habit crew DalyCity is super professional, friendly, sweet, care. Political, thoughtful very nice. Your Seevice is 5 stars? excellent. Special scream for Angelica. She knows our same order when she always takes care of us so well. We appreciate this beautiful place Habit Crew. Please watch her! There are no credit card tips prepared so best to arrive in cash!

Very good char burger. Also the choco shakes is delicious.
