On this Starbucks is Very nice atmosphere. Employees are friendly and professional. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of parking as well, since there is a more business in the plaza

This staff here is very punctual friendly and on point with all their coffee making I love this location I visited every time I come see my best friend here in Richardson off of Coit and Campbell thank you for such great service guys keep up the great work happy holidays thank you Lex from drive-thru he was awesome

They made me wait 10 minutes in line. When it was my turn to order, they said that store is closed.

Went last week this Spanish girl was rude taking my order. I assume it was a bad day for her. Went this week and same experience but this time she got attitude with me and rolled her eyes at me cause she gave me wrong cup. This have to be worst Starbucks experience I ever had. Customer service is terrible. I will not be ordering here after shopping at target. Starbuck should hire people who are friendly and smile not rude to customers.

5 stars based purely on ambiance, without trying a single drink here. Lovely bright windows, airy ceiling with wooden slats, etc. – I didn't buy a drink and camped out here for 2 hours typing on my laptop, doing Zoom calls, and using their WiFi. Lovely place that's clean and modern and accessible. Hope their drinks are good!
