Mcdonald's - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I order 2 regular coffee with 5 suggars . They give me 2 regular coffee with cream. This store is going worst every day.

Horrible unprofessional service. I bought a filet o fish at exactly 11:00 a.m., thinking it would be hot and fresh. When I took a bite it was hard. So I took it back and asked for a fresh sandwich, the manager unfortunately wasn’t trained in customer service, her respond was it is fresh. Any American knows the customer is always right in business. So the other immigrants started talking in there language looking at me, so I know they were talking about me. These immigrants are taking over with their unprofessional service. Please America reclaim your country back. This is very very bad customer service. So I just refunded my order and I’ll be going to another location with hopefully Americans and good customer service
