Mcdonald's - Dallas

It's a nice location, but sometimes when I order my pancakes there, the people always put 1 syrup packet in my bag, and next time they need to put 2 in there so that my pancakes can taste more sweet, but they need to put 1 ketchup packet in my bag for my hash brown, sometimes I will ask for an extra syrup packet and a ketchup packet when I double check everything in my bag, I like it when they automatically give me 2 syrup packets and 1 ketchup packet too. They need to do it whenever I do come to that location every now and then when I'm out with my momma.

Horrible customer service!!! Lady on the intercom needs to be taught customer service etiquette. Apparently y’all need to train all your employees this because it too many locations I’ve experienced this. This time I’m not even physically there but on the phone with someone and I can hear the the lady clear as day. McDonald’s y’all need to get it together !!!

No one really goes to McDonald's for the food, they go there for the convenience and the service but this location has a problem with good customer service. I live a block away and rarely eat at this location because the service is so bad. The nice workers are often clueless and rude ones are old bitter women that don't want to be there and they make sure the customers know it. How hard is it to take an order, hand some one a bag, answer a question or solve an issue without an attitude, smart remark or just a flat out I don't know?

Bad service ! rude employees managers . literally if your order is wrong they do not care and won't try to help you .
