Jimmy John's - Dallas

The subway is garbage. This place smells fresh instead of smelling like a refrigerator that was left open over the weekend. Good sandwiches, really fast. A little expensive, and sometimes not LBI, if I ask (because I say they are halfway finished with the sandwich super fast). Good crew of people. Often very good music taste.

The delivery lasted forever and when I told the guy we have 13 deliveries and that takes time. The whole food was soggy and not edible. 30 min later I found my food in an empty reception area. He didn't even give it to someone. I left the feedback on the JJ page and said it would go the owner, but she never called me back or got contact. Now I give them a report publicly.

Lucky to get a total 1 star. The service was abysmal and the checkout was just rude. The epitome of why I don't go to Jimmy John's anymore....Food: 2/5

You have wonderful sandwiches and great specialties. I get my neighbor the special crispy beef because she likes it. I liked the Thai chicken sandwich they had in the summer. Definitely like their regular menu and the specials are like the icing on the cake! Food: 5/5

I will never order here again I didn't care was talking about my order even though my order wasn't delivered and I had to go get it with a broken ankle and then my tea was half gone and they didn't do anything about it
