Cru Food Wine West Village - Dallas

The food was quite good, but the rest was disgusting at the first january: uncleaned by the previous NYE night as well as the restaurant. the service was extremely slow. the terrace was nice, but the club music next door was unbearable.

I really enjoyed myself. tbh, my favorite part was the hospitable. everyone from the host to the manager was so nice!

Christmas Eve menu was fabulous. My husband had 8 oz filet mignon, green beans, augratin potatoes and I had parmesan crusted halibut with lump crab meat, broccolini. We chose Lobster bisque soup as our appetizer and creme brulee for dessert. Every thing was perfect. The atmosphere was quiet, it wasn't very busy. We had 7:30 pm reservations and stayed until 9 pm. The Cru has become our annual Christmas Eve place to have dinner. We love the prefixe menu and pricing also. I do recommend... Check them out for New Year's Eve... They will offer another prefixe menu. Just as delicious as the Christmas Eve.

Excellent staff, fantastic wine and food. From the time we were seated till we were served we felt very welcome. Cannot say enough good things about Cru West village

Place was amazing!! Ambiance was exactly what I was expecting!! Victor was extremely informative and knew his wines!! Will debe going back!!
