Think before you you! Should’ve gone to the Whataburger next to it. Horrible customer service. My order was wrong and since I refused to park bc of their mistake they kept mugging. The drive thru Lady was the rudest of them all. I thought I was at Mcds at one point since I would’ve never imagined experienced this on a Chick Fil a. Disappointed.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve actually worked for a Chick-fil-A before and this Chick-fil-A does not even follow standards. For example, the most common thing of saying “my pleasure” wasn’t even done.The girl in the drive thru must have been new because she took awhile to ring up my order. That wasn’t the issue- I helped her ring up my 5 count grilled nugget kids meal. When I got to the window, I asked for a bigger size drink.Instead of only charging me for a drink, or simply giving me a medium size instead of a kids (because i ordered it that way, but the girl made the maid take on her iPad) The girl at the window was very rude.She told me a new total and when I asked if the original charge was going to reversed, she was very dismissive and rude.I called today to speak to a manager and accidentally cussed. Not even at the person I was speaking to but because the situation is frustrating. I was told he was going to end the conversation. Then I was told to call back later when the charge is actually posted and speak to someone else.Coming from a chick-Fil-a, this was by far the worst experience I’ve received from the entire franchise. And then the staff having little to no cares in the world to fix the issue.Would not recommend this location WHATSOEVER.Remember it’s not about the chicken, but the experience in serving the community. I did not receive that experience here.
Went in with my family for a quick lunch and Carol took my order let me say firs t by saying i never been a Chick fil a and got treated the way we did at this location.She was very rude and she was rude abt me wanted 2 sauces for my daughters meal .Her tone was ridiculous.And as we sat down and ate the place was very dirty. The booth seating was all torn up ...Also witnessed her yelling at another customer. While trying to order a salad .I was so disappointed with this location. Especially with this employee Carol should learn some customer service and it doest cost to be nice to customers.
We are huge fans of CFA, and we regularly eat at the various Dallas locations. Many CFAs have struggled to respond during COVID with restaurant cleanliness, but this is one of the locations struggling the most. Examples: dirty team member area, gross floors, shredded and torn booth cushions, sidewalk severely needing a power wash, etc. Hope this location and others can get back to its top 3 priorities of food quality, raving fan customer service, and restaurant cleanliness!
