Pho May - Cypress

Found a new Pho place in Cypress. I ordered the brisket and Ribeye meats with the small fresh rice noodles. I was surprised the broth was flavorful to my liking. Just the right amount of spices. The menu is simple and to the point. There is something for everyone. I met the owner and complimented her on the restaurant opening and wished the business well. I had the house special with big fresh noodles and it was delicious. The portion is big and the price is decent. However, the entire restaurant has only one booster and the waitress didn't offer the high chair until we ask for it. Overall, I recommend this place .

Pho Craft is no more sadly, it's changed to Pho May. Pho Craft was special. The owner was nice and remembered us whenever we came in. I think Pho May might be Pho May the chain, which is pretty typical. Good, but not on the same level as Pho Craft. I hope they manage to reopen after the pandemic.

02/06/21 Sad to see that Pho Craft is gone. The owners were very nice, friendly and excellent chefs. I will miss their food and company. I wish them the best and hope they give it another try when we get past the current situation. 05/17/20 Update from the staff at Pho Craft: We are happy to announce that we are open for take out orders beginning Monday, May 18th. Our current Store Hours Monday Saturday: 11:00 am 8:00 pm Sunday: Closed 12/19 The HouseSpecial Pho was highly recommended and I can see why. The broth is rich and has a depth of flavor that reflects the use of cooking the soup with the bones for hours. We had a chance to speak to the chef who described how she makes thebroth. No wonder it tastes so good. Delicious food and friendly staff. Just a nice place to have a good meal. Prices are very reasonable.

This is my new Pho spot.. I came with my 2yr old looking for a new place with beef stew pho. The vibe is very chill, nice and cool and my server BRENT was very accommodating and let us eat in peace. We will be returning to this location and definitely recommend ????
