Outback Steakhouse - Cuyahoga Falls

Kayla was a pleasant waitress. She was polite and very attentive. Love the update gives upscale vibes. The ceiling is so cool since the remodeling. All the employees greeted us upon entrance. Friendly staff and wonderful customer service. Ordered a Cobb salad and it was delectable. My lunch date order a Alice chicken and French fries it was delicious. Food is large portioned I took a bag to go. Thanks for a wonderful lunch Kayla. Definitely will visitor again for lunch or dinner.

Trudi is seriously the best! She was on top of our waters and food, even made my tasty drink herself! So full of energy and such a sweetheart I would come back and specifically ask to sit in her area, she made the date with my husband feel special.

Our server Landry was so sweet. We had a huge party of 13. She took care of everyone. Food was delicious! We were celebrating a birthday!

Very modern update to the restaurant around chappel Hill area! Even has an extra lounge area outside for waiting. Menu was revamped as well. Still the same great taste that we enjoy! awesome atmosphere altogether.

LeeAnn G #137 from the 725 Howe Avenue Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She was one of the most AMAZING servers I’ve met since the pandemic. LeeAnn was very attentive we didn’t have to wait for anything. When she saw our glasses running low she automatically brought refills without being told to or not having to ask for another drink. I feel that all outback restaurants should take a page out of LeeAnns book. Because she’s sophisticated intelligent professional and she has a very personable personality.
