Dunkin' - Cumming

WOW! I love this location! The handsome young man that takes my order and helps me at the drive thru is always so energetic and nice! He always has a bright smile and makes sure my order is right before giving it to me. I get a hot coffee and a donut, typically. The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are hit or miss. Lately they have been good. The young man that is always working never fails to give me great service. Wish he had a name tag.

There was a bit of a communication breakdown on my visit. My beverage cud have been better.

Have given them 3 attempts I have ordered iced coffee with cream and I always order light ice. The coffee is brewed so weak it taste like extremely watered down milk and almost see through. I know cost of everything is up but seriously this is an awful practice so you saved some money using less coffee in the brewer but you?ve lost a customer. So now I just drive a few yards down the road to Starbucks I pay a little more but I get a coffee that taste like coffee.

My wife said the women?s restroom was disgusting. It was so bad that she didn?t want anything from this Dunkin and that?s saying a lot since she goes to Dunkin every day. She did tell the manager and he sent someone to clean it immediately, so there?s that.

Some of the people are usually nice at this location, so that?s why I?m giving two stars. Most of them are rude for no reason?? I paid extra online for butter literally so simple I asked could I please have my butter this one blonde lady said ?We don?t have any??????? Okay but I asked someone else she had black hair and was so kind. She got us a side of butter and a knife. Literally i?m sorry i?m 24 and even I , don?t understand why it?s so hard to be kind to people and just be a good employee but okay.
