All products are made with unprocessed wheat, flour purchased to test the manufacture of my ears. A nice little village I recommend.
The reception, the quality of the products, the relation quality price, the taste ... and everything is there. Bravo, you deserve your excellent reputation. It's really worth the detour. We will return as soon as possible.
A very beautiful mill with a very beautiful soul, at the top of the village of Cucugnan you will find the Masters of my Mill with all his team. A beautiful welcoming boutique with very good products bread, cakes, flours and leaven. A special mention to our Brigitte, Amandine and without forgetting obviously our baker Mr Roland Feuillas that I was able to know by my cancerologist Professor Henri Joyeux.
It's very good, dry cakes are terribly delicious. Let's not talk about pates to spread especially that to hazelnut. Food pasta is also very tasteful. Bread is a wonder. It's expensive but at the end of the day the tastes are there, so we eat less because the mind and the palate are quickly satisfied so the product lasts longer finally almost ... The place and the landscapes are great. Too bad it is so far and if the landscapes are sumptuous the road is not simple and direct.
I love the bakery style. A great welcome. The bread is a delight and the cakes a slaughter. Too bad you're so far from Gruissan, but we'll be back.
