This was one of the worst experiences ever at this DQ. They didn?t have any sauce for what we ordered and didn?t tell us this until we had paid and left already. When we went back there were kids playing around on scooters in the drive through around ourcar which added to the frustration. Will not be going back and recommend to just stay away from this DQ.
The staff is friendly, but the prices have become excessive. It's just ice cream, after all!
You'd be better off foraging for food in the woods. The meals we received were cold and dry, and it took 20 minutes for them to arrive. The staff seemed unfamiliar with basic customer service and couldn't even answer simple questions, like what kids' meals were available. I've never waited longer for ice cream than I did for the food we ordered. The trash bins were overflowing, and the lobby was closed. Regardless of any employee shortages, this level of service is simply unacceptable for a business. If you read this and still decide to visit, don't be surprised by the poor service you'll encounter. If I could give this experience negative stars, I absolutely would.
I ordered 4 chicken strips and regular fries with a medium Blizzard, and the total came to $17.32! The chicken strips were charged as two orders of 2 strips with sauce, but I only received one sauce. I understand that prices have gone up, but I was really shocked to see it total over $17!
