Side Street Cafe - Crossfield

Visited with my kids. Found the service to be friendly, however the menu was quite limited. Apparently they have no fryer so there are no french fries etc. I found my beef dip aus jus very very salty, but the beef and bun was very nice. Salad was so-so. There was a very strange taste to our table water. All and all- Crossfield really needs a good restaurant- this one can be lumped into the rest of the mediocre dinning available in the community. :(

Horrible.Dirty dirty dirty.I witnessed the owner emptying the dirty floor water into the sink that had clean dishes on one side and dirty dishes on the other. Cross contaminated food. No hair nets are worn by the cook. Food is stored in the open with bugs and ants crawling over it. Crosse

I have been living in Crossfield for a year and a half, but I have never dined at this restaurant.

Having explored several small rural towns in Alberta, I can confidently say that this little restaurant is a delightful find among my choices.

The service at this restaurant is undeniably friendly and the food is prepared with care. You will be well taken care of.
