As someone who uses a wheelchair, I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. I informed the employee that I could get back into my car on my own, but she respected my space and stayed close by until I had my wheelchair secure. I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and your commitment to requiring face coverings. Keep up the great work at SEAFOOD on the GO!

I can't express how wonderful our experience was today. The staff was amazing and incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent! My family and I will definitely be returning!

A lady from the kitchen came out to assist with the woman’s order, but she didn’t even inquire about my order. I mentioned that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes since placing my order online. She responded that they were experiencing problems in the kitchen, implying that nothing was prepared after almost an hour of waiting. I certainly will not return and cannot recommend this place. When I saw the food the woman received, it didn’t even resemble a seafood boil; it looked like it was simply boiled in water and hastily bagged, which was quite unappetizing. The woman in front of me also complained that her shrimp had no seasoning at all. This was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Ordered Sea Bass with hush puppies and cole slaw. It was amazing!

Fairly certain they got my order incorrect, but that's alright, it was still amazing food. They practice very good safety during these times of covid. Update: went back, they got my order correct this time and it was amazing again. 100% recommend this place for takeout
