Costa Coffee - Crawley

Coffee was delicious, staff were genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. They deserve a pay rise. Worth a visit. Recommended.

The manager who does the closes is very polite and always helpful. Unlike the manager who opens in the morning, the evening one always has a smile on her face and is helpful when describing drinks and explaining offers etc.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the staff, especially Alma and Bambi, always take great care of you when they are working. The atmosphere is nice, and the place is clean and tidy.

It’s great having Costa’s in Tesco’s so you don’t need to leave the supermarket and can grab a cuppa coffee before you pay and leave. The environment is nice and the staff know their stuff. It’s a nice place for meetings, both business and personal (there are plenty of seats).

This is a Costa so this will be brief. I review for two simple reasons 1 the concept of a coffee shop like this in a supermarket is a good one (Tesco) and is something of a lifesaver 2 The Barista I encountered called me Darlink (k) alot, was very personable and knew her business offering me a small glass of iced water with my doppio
