Before I get to the meat of the situation of why I listed this review as low as I did.I must say that the waitstaff was outstanding she made sure that she took care of ALL of our wants and needs. When we were in doubt of what to order, she gave recommendations of what were the best items on the menu. She first asked what we had a taste for, and then she informed us of what they had. With that being said, this is where the wheels fell off, and things got bad. I don't eat meat, so I look for meatless options, and I asked about the mac and cheese she said that they had a very fine mac and cheese, so I got a bowl of it. Along with it, I was told that they had great mash potatoes ,so I decided to give it a try.I must give the kitchen a tip of the hat for those mash potatoes grade A top notch As I was partaking the mac and cheese, I found an extra extra long hair in the middle of my mac and cheese. I pulled at it and thought that it would be just a little hair, and then I found it to wrap around most of the bottom of the bowl. It really disappointed me because it had such a great flavor, but once I found the extra ingredient, I decided that I no longer wanted to eat anymore. But after informing the waitress of the situation, she apologized so many times it made me feel a little bad because she wanted our total experience to be a great experience, and this happened.

Kailey made my first time here extremely comfortable. I was greeted by her right away, she was busy on the phone at the hostess stand. I asked her where the restroom was. I was helped by her again behind the bar. I asked for something light and fruity and she fixed me a lovely drink. I ordered wings. All the sauces are homemade! I showed up during the last hour of service. It was packed! Service was still timely and friendly. Thank you Kailey
