Maïs Arepas - Cozumel

Very disappointed that I could not eat here. Had been looking forward to it for over a year after moving away. Tried to make a reservation, but only take reservations for parties of six or more. Okay…. Well then why were there several tables for two and four open, but you said they are reserved? But I thought your policy was no reservations for under six? Would not respond to my question. Can’t recommend.

Had brunch with friends on a recent Sunday- the best food we had while visiting New Orleans, very fresh and flavorful! Staff were easy going and helpful, though the menu did say they don’t spit checks.

My all time favorite restaurant. Of the 5 or 6 times that I've been, I have tried something different every time. I've also been sure to share with my companions and have found that regardless of what you order, you will not be disappointed. Also, most everything is naturally gluten free, if you're into that sort of thing.

The service was excellent. The sangria was good but not amazing. The fish was okay, if it had the sauce from the maiz de la rueda it would be amazing. The carne asada was thicker rhan it is southwest so it was a bit chewy. The onions were great but the potatoes were not good. The maiz de la rueda was fantastic. You taste the cheesy spice flavor, the corn pops in your mouth and then you taste a hint of lime. The buenuelos were very good. Overall it was okay.

Alittle pricey for the quantity of food service was a little slow.food was pretty good though
