Jewel Of The South - Cozumel

We were very exited to check out Jewel Of The South. We did not have a reservation and we thought we can get a table as walk in’s. At first they wanted to sit us at the shutters, a single table on the street next to the garbage containers facing the bar window, we declined. When we came back about half hour later we were able to get two seat on the bar(first come first serve) and we were very happy to start our meal. A nice intimate unique boutique feel the food was incredible and very unique definitely worth the experience

Service was great with cool atmosphere. I had high expectations for the cocktails and was underwhelmed. The food was good but the flavors weren’t as complex and interesting as I expected with the price point and hype of this place.

They have a great wine selection. I loved the barbera. The veggie dishes are refreshing and inspiring. I recommend the beets, squash, and radishes. The beef tongue is incredibly tender. Really friendly staff and cute vibe too

Only had cocktails so that's all I can speak on. They were great! Very original and creative. Service was wonderful! Can't wait to go back and try the food.
