Sweet Daddy's Bbq Catering - Covington

There isn't a Famous Dave's within 400 miles of us, but that's alright! Sweet Daddy's BBQ is amazing! The portions are perfect and nothing is overwhelmingly spicy, though they have some flavorful sauces if you want to kick it up a notch. Combine that with a clean store with a small town feel and we found our new favorite place to eat. Pictures unavailable because I at it all. XD

New in town and got lost in Covington. My husband and I were glad we did because we stopped here when we stumbled upon it and wow! Seriously some of the best BBQ I've ever eaten.

Sweet Daddy's has the finest smoked meats and BBQ on the Northshore. I've never had a bad meal there. Not only is their slow cooked BBQ delicious and the servings large, but the side dishes are equally as good. The brisket, ribs, chicken, and sausage are all moist and tender and their homemade BBQ sauces are downright fantastic. When you eat BBQ, the coleslaw has to be good, and theirs is great. Same with their fries, sweet potato fries, fried okra, corn, and jambalaya (made with smoked chicken smoked sausage), and many other items. They even have a killer broccoli salad. Do yourself a favor and go check it out.

New to the area and I'm so glad my husband and I found Sweet Daddy's! I had the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had and the fried okra was so good. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. :

Great food, friendly staff and Wonderful desserts . Try the Chocolate Pecan Pie it is delicious- thanks to Takami who makes it fresh daily ! Will definitely be coming back for more!!
