Baja Rio's Mexican Kitchen - Cove

This restaurant is one of the best dining options in Polk County. I love it!

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for years, enjoying the delicious food and excellent service. However, we have recently stopped going because the seating arrangement has been changed. The booths have been replaced with a large communal table, which we do not like. It seems we are not the only ones who have stopped visiting due to this change in seating.

I really enjoyed the salsa at this restaurant. We tried the shrimp quesadillas and chicken/steak nachos, and they were both excellent. The guacamole was also delicious. I usually take photos of my food, but I was too busy enjoying it this time. I was impressed when they gave me a large to-go cup of water, which I still use at work.

We ate here with some friends and enjoyed the food.

Wow talk about great service and food! Would definitely recommend!!! The Rio Grande burrito is large enough for at least two people!
